Celery Soup: The Underrated Delicacy

One of the underrated veggies which you might see in the places is celery, but what you don’t know about it is that the vegetable could bring a lot of diversity in the dishes. One such recipe is Celery Soup recipe, that is super-delectable & could be ready anytime. Ingredients for Celery Soup:
Sea salt - one tsp
Celery - 6 sprigs
Sill seed - 1/4 cup
Unsalted butter - 50 gm
Large potato - one
Virgin olive oil - one tsp
Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
Chicken broth - 3 cup
Medium onion - one

For Seasoning:
Salt - one tsp

How to prepare Celery Soup:
Step 1) To start with, take a potato & slice it roughly. Take the big celery stick & separate the head of the celery for chopping it. Chop the rest celery & cut the onion into a different bowl.

Step 2) Now, place the vessel over a moderate flame & melt some butter into it. When melted, have chopped celery, onion, unsalted butter and potato & adjust the seasonings.

Step 3) Cook the mix until the onions get tendered, keep stirring as it is on the heat. As onions are tender, have the chicken broth to the mix & allow it to lower until the potatoes get tendered. And as the potatoes are cooked, keep the vessel away from heat & allow it to cool.

Step 4) Now, place the contents into a blender jar & blend the mix for a soft puree. Add in dill & then strain. Now add heavy cream & serve that hot.
